Always a delight to visit this place everything adds up here, food, view, atmosphere. Location is beautiful. Plus point, they have mobile charging on tables.

Best Branch so far in terms or location and ambiance.

As for the staff, all Tim Horton's staff are kind. You will get the same treatment.

I wanna also add that it has a magical sunset view. (Photo added)

Unfortunately and sad to say
This branch is not same other branches
I visit tim Hortons almost every day if not setting in the shop take away.
The new branch in Sharjah beach is amazing view and setting so comfortable . But the supervisor Rahul is not .
I knew almost all stuff in ajman branches and they are so kind even in this branch there is Egyptian supervisor so kind .
But Rahul is not
He knew am regular customer he saw me many times but still he is in wrong place .
My last visit I ordered drink and I requested him for parking barcode he refused because I spend 18 dhs not 25 dhs
I told him am passing to drink a coffee only and always guys here they give but still he make big drama about the minimum spend is 25 dhs .
Dear Tim Hortons this is they right way to lose customers.. keep it like this ????????

Ambiance is ???? good with nice view of heera beach ????️. You can get caramel macchiato and other options in 16 to 21 AED. Usually don’t have long queues but on weekends you will get a long queue for order.

I understand that you can customize at Starbucks... but I've never managed to find the right drink out of the 100's of times that I've tried.

At Tim Hortons... Frozen French Vanilla just hits right. Better than most drinks I've tried elsewhere.

The staff at this specific location are extremely helpful, outgoing and cheerful too!

I went today in this branch and it was a great experience,the was amazing and the cashier Melody was nice and give me a great smile and suggested to me the blue lagoon which me and my friend like it, plus the supervisor Rahul was also very accommodate and nice. Keep up the good work.
