I always prefer the facial with them. Today, was so dispointing that I have decided never to visit them again.

The guy was so not into doing the facial. He just wanted to get over with it. Massage was a few min, I had to point out that steem was not on my face but on my head. There was no pressure to clean the dead skin. In short he was distracted or not interested.

Anyway, on my way back I told the manager about it. They said next time someone with experience will do it. After paying AED 180, I expect better service, if I don't get it, no point in visiting.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Trimmer's salon in Al Nahda Sharjah and I must say, I had an amazing experience with James, their incredibly talented hairdresser. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was impressed by the clean and welcoming atmosphere, and James' exceptional customer service only added to the positive experience.

James truly pays attention to every detail, and it is evident that he has deep knowledge in his work. He is a true gem in that salon, and he knows exactly how to transform your look in a qualitative fashion. Whether you're looking for a simple trim or a completely new style, James is the man for the job. He takes the time to listen to your preferences and offers helpful suggestions to ensure that you walk out of the salon feeling and looking your best.

What I particularly appreciated about James was his always-smiling face, which made the entire experience more enjoyable. He truly cares about his clients and it shows in the way he treats them. James is the epitome of superb customer service, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Overall, I left Trimmer's salon feeling like a new man, thanks to James' incredible work. If you're looking for an excellent and amazing service, a clean atmosphere, attention to detail, and superb customer service, then James is the hairdresser for you. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

I went today for pedicure service with foot spa paid 140AED…….. but service they done, not really worth it for the price. They just cut the nails and just remove the dead skin with foot Scrubber that all. No foot massage or any skincare products applied this very confusing

This is my first time here. I brought my 2 years old son for his first haircut. Not disappointed. The facility is nice, clean and well maintained. The social distancing are imposed for the benefits of staff and customers. Good job!

Shout out to Jigs for his magnificent handling of my son not to cry or get irritated while he is doing the trimming. Great haircut! Well done! ????

Staffs are friendly as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The salon looks clean, spacious and modern and my hair cut went well..

Some of the staff needs to be a bit more customer oriented and try to accommodate clients better, but overall good service.

I have been coming to this location for over 4 years and today after so long I was really disappointed with booking staff, they made me wait for 1 hour and forgot that I had an appointment. left without availing the service cause I was getting late for an other appointment. So disappointed with Trimmers.

Asked if I could have some over the counter medicine, pharmacist told me she didn't believe I had the condition. Accused me of mocking her? Very odd. Avoid. Purchased online no problem.

Id give no stars if I could.
Do not go to this chemist, Sue is rude, slow, argumentative, screeching at me as I dared ask if my prescription was ready. Her husband is equally as miserable and rude. She shut the chemist at 3 pm as she had a strop and refused to give help to anyone who came to the door saying shes was unwell and not giving advice. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a so-called professional!

Sorry to hear people have had bad experience. Mine was very pleasant, the lady helped spot an error with the amount prescribed by the doctor.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Not once was my prescription ready when I went to collect it, once she couldn't find it, and once she put somebody else's details on my tablets. They are never open when they say. And far from polite. I would not recommend at all.

Having used this pharmacy to collect prescriptions for an elderly relative for some time, I have found the lady Pharmacist short tempered and rude on more than one occasion. She is easily stressed and becomes snappy and when you respond she accuses the customer of the very behaviour she is exhibiting. Caring professionally for many clients and using a variety of pharmacies over the years I have never come across such unprofessionalism and will have the medication redirected.

"FABULOUS PHARMACY"
My family and I have used this pharmacy for the last 6 years. The service first and foremost is clinically professional and the knowledge and practice of the owner/pharmacist and long serving staff is exemplary. We have come to know the owner as Sou who is good humoured patient, caring and has demonstrated a high level of competence, despite the challenges of numerous Doctors surgery mergers locally and of course more recently the Covid pandemic. I have witnessed Sou dealing empathetically and patiently with what appeared to me to be rude ignorant and intolerant customers of the pharmacy, her professionalism was unwavering. Sou and under her guidance her staff provide an essential and " Fabulous Pharmacy Service" to the local community and she is discerning of a recommendation for an 'MBE' Many thanks in advance for their continued valued service.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. Have been using it since before Sue took over. I've found her to be a very knowledgable pharmacist, always there to give advice to me and my entire family (all of which are on different medications) Very good with my 5 year old son, friendly and professional. This is mine and my families go to pharmacy.

Would give zero stars if I could absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers, extremely rude..went to pick up prescription for my partner that had, been sent there by doctors told me I was wrong and they wasn't due for two weeks looked down her nose at me like im a druggy! Felt very embarrassed in front of my children and other customers not pleased at all never again AVOID!!!!!
(BTW his tablets were there she didn't even look on the shelf)
