Unprofessional, couldn't fix machine from 1st visit had to bring it 3 times.

They damaged some parts of the coffee machine.

Prefer caffinated in abudhabi cheaper and more professional service center

Parked here in error, had permit but for incorrect car park. Realised error and moved car but subsequently received a parking charge for £100 reduced to 60 if paid within 14 days. To add insult to injury they also charge £1.95 handling fee for a fine they wish to impose.
If this was a decent, secure car park I could understand but it's a tiny piece of wasteland that's had gravel thrown on it and ANPR cameras installed. For the fees to park here it's best avoided despite the proximity to town.

£1.40 for an hour. Cctv as you enter so you have to pay. They have just park app, however whilst I was there I could not access the Internet due to lack of signal

A gravel car park where you make up your own parking. When I used it, it was quiet. Nothing spectacular bar being close to town.

Half way of Silver Street one finds an utterly ugly and dysmorphic "mini park" a real eyesore in this otherwise lovely town!

Silver St car park looks at first sight like a patch of waste ground, sloping down towards Cliff St. The surface isn't nicely tarmacked, there are no entry/exit barriers, there's no manned security that I could see. But the place is (according to the sign) monitored by ANPR cameras and patrolled.

But we had no problems after parking there for a day and a half, and there were plenty of other cars in there, more premium and expensive than ours.

SCAM. avoid!!!! I pulled in by mistake and never shut off my engine, made a quick call to my hotel and realized I was in the wrong place, so I pulled back out. Later got a parking fine in the mail, and I was in there for probably less time than it would take to make the call to pay. A place like that deserves NO business. Total scam

Very handy but the pay machine has an annoying delay and after we had struggled to get our registration number in we then helped other people who were having the same issues. Other than that I picked up a nail, the surface is just rough not tarmac. The position is good for a lot of the local accommodation and considering how tricky it is to park in Whitby it is worth considering. There are better car parks on the front but location is not as handy.

Handy location for exploring Whitby.
Reasonably priced for 24 hours.
The surface of the car park isn't great and a bit rough in places and there are no marked bays as such so it's a case of get in where you can.
