They take a really long time to respond to customers request, bad service, and everything you ask for they answer not available and not possible.
They fail to create a “unique” gift the way you choose.
For example if you want a personal box with birthday message they respond no you have to buy it with the cake.
Even the flowers i try to change the color or style but not possible, and they use some fake flowers for their arrangements, which makes it even worse when you look at the pricing.
Furthermore when i ask which products they have they answer back by saying go check our instagram page... really rubbish services why should i pay for something when they cant even create a special gift.

The place is more of a store than a shop , the people there aren’t trained to serve people, seems like they’re used to online orders only
