They do not keep any time and schedules at all even after confirming the meeting twice and they never show up.
I had to keep coordinating with them for the meetings and repeated calls and whatsapp messages.
The icing on the cake is the gentleman by the name of Hasham who has been assigned to meet and discuss my software requirements this morning didn't show up, i was then informed by one of the coordinators on Whatsapp and i quote the received whatsapp message -
"You can co-ordinate with this guy, He already left the organisation, Sorry for the delay. He will be their for meeting"
On asking to speak to the General manager, once again i was given a number of Mr. Vinod claiming he is the GM but on speaking to him i was shocked to discover that he is only the Coordinator.
Most pathetic way of working and doing business with a potential new client.
Never will i ever trust such a company at all for any kind of business solution / software.
