Extremely Horrible customer experience, disappointing and disgusting. Staff are very rude and have no courtesy at all. It looks like they are doing a favour on the customer. Asked one of the staff members, and the staff's attitude was horrendous. It was shocking. After billing at the cash counter, they will throw the purchased items on the customer's face, and the customer needs to pick them up and put it in the bags. These people are not fit to be in the service industry and spoiling the Countries name famous for its hospitality. Hope the Management of this branch takes note of the attitude of its Staff.

Additionally, many of the items are European made and not known brands.
Quality is a big question mark. Big health risk.

U find only items which are not heard at all. one should search for country made and authenticity of the products available. I dont know how they are still surviving. I never got to know who are their target customers.

Exactly as they advertised. Cheap in rate but international quality items. Wide range of chocolates and cookies are an attraction. All European standard or at least they mentioned under each items which country it was imported from. Prices for veggies seems normal. Frozen items such as pizza, icecreams are all available in attractive price and noncomparable with any nearby supermarkets.

Worst retail chain i have ever seen,, i went to this branch today and i was with my baby,, after billing the cashier just walked away, i asked the supervisor why dont you help to pack the things ,he said self service.. this is worst ever experience i ever had in any supermarket in my lifetime.even groceries they will help to pack stuffs. I worked a store manager before. I feel very disappointed..
