W Tower is awesome!! My family lives here and its all fine. Apart from 2 things… the trash room which is filled with stinky trash bags, and neighbors that are kind of noisy. There was also an instant when 1 of the staff walked in 1 of my family’s apartments without knocking, just barged in.

We leave in the building next to W tower and we are not able to sleep at night due to the loud noise of the truck that takes care of collecting the sewage residues. The truck comes every day at 23:00 and finish around 1:00am. After complaining several times to the managers the problem persists. No a good option if you are looking for a family place.

The building is really beautiful to stay in. Its the heart Sharjah, offering beautiful views of canals and sea. Definitely a place of dream home.

The flats are well designed and the view especially from the bedrooms and living room is amazing and breath taking. The flats are quite big as well as the gym space and the pool area. I am so happy that I am living in this building.

It's a different kind of review that I'm making, not as a resident but as a visitor and previously potential resident that is not interested anymore.

The building tends to be the perfect place to be, but lack of finishing is easily visible once inside, some spaces are just lost and can't be exploited, although the view is just crazy in some flats.

The most relevant detail that stopped me from renting was mainly the price so expensive for this quality of finishing, if it's paying for the sea view I would say it's extremely highly paid, I invite management team to be attentive to what the market offers today keeping in mind that prices of Sharjah are much lower than what they are requesting

Uncivilized tenant(s) trashing the residence in W Tower. Pests are already crawling around on the floor in this new building mostly because of these ignorant dirty tenant(s). This one on 9:30 pm, 29-Aug-2021, 19th floor.

Update: 06-Jan-2022.
My persistence paid off. Managment agreed to have the security camera faced towards the garbage room so that the trashy tenant can be caught. He/she got caught in few days and educated by a warning letter.

I increase the rating to 5 from 1. They did what could be done.

New building, good decorations, nice view of alkhan cornich and alqasbaa, but rooms a bit small
