Recently I had to get my mum temporarily registered at grove surgery. From getting my mum registered and until now all I have seen is a great professional and friendly service by the entire reception team. Anytime I have needed something or had a query Claire and the whole team have been wonderfully professional. I really appreciate the great work you all are doing.

The staff are not very helpful, sometimes rude, they cannot resolve the patient querries and instead telling to come back repeatedly for follow-up or call but the phone is never answered more often. It is distresing. I had a very stresssful week this week coming to the clinic repeatedly without proper help, until I gave up. i cannot go to the clinic everyday just to be told to comeback again. An individual's mental state will be affected if the staff is like them without proper support from them and adding stress to the individual patient.

We've been waiting close to 1 hours 57 minutes at the surgery. We came with a baby and we've been made to wait this long to see the nurse. Not been told how long it will take to see the nurse. Ridiculous service and a very poor service. Surgery needs to be looked into for the service provided. Surgery is packed and many people still not seen.

Whenever I have to visit Grove Surgery for my baby I dread it as I know there will be delays and incompetence of staff. The place is VERY poorly managed! My last appointment we waited nearly 2 hours to be seen. With a newborn baby this can be really difficult.
The staff seem like they don’t know what they are doing or whenever you ask them a question they always pass on the buck to someone else and no one helps you.

Grove surgery is a lovely welcoming surgery.
Parveen , Clare and other reception staff are always helpful and have been incredible to my very elderly sick parents. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. Thank you

every morning Trying to call for appointment. My wife she give birth and the Baby is no breathing properly and he Need check up from doctor Sometimes they pick up the call then disconnecting it. After waiting in long queues’ sorry no appointments left’. All appointments gone by 8:15. 8o’clock they starting to take calls. It’s been 3 weeks I’m trying to get appointment I don't understand why we have GP. the manager receptionists are Not helpful very rude. needs to be changed ....!

The receptionist are absolutely rude! It is so hard to get an appointment. Been trying to call for 3 days to get an appointment and wait on queue by 7:30 and they tell you they are full for the day. No more face to face as well. All by …More

Grove medical surgery has gone through some changes. In the past the reception staff has been so helpful, when I need medicine, I explain and they arrange from Dr. Given my access to internet is LIMITED and I am NOT so good with website. Currently, I asked for medication and they told me order ONLINE.

I am still new to some internet matters given my age 80yrs. I urge Dr Mughal and management, please allow reception staff, to help us OLD people with NO computer skills.
