Used for the first and last time!!! - the driver was LATE picking up an elderly relative, did NOT wait with a sign, but made her looking for him in the taxi lot; then they argued with me that I did not instruct them on the phone when they weren't even interested to find out the drop off location - very rude and not able to hold a proper conversation without continuously talking aggressively over me and HANGING UP twice for lack of conversational skills
UPDATE: the owner's answer to my post above clearly shows they have absolutely no skills in dealing with clients (if your client doesn't speak english, you try and contact the person who booked the pick up AND told you to wait with a sign - that, by the way, means meet and greet!!!!)
And when you say people speak no english (wrong) have a look at your own writing skills
And stop asking all the relatives and friends to give you stars so you have an acceptable rating!!

I used this company for the first time today and will use again and recommend to others. I particularly liked the fact that I was sent a text telling me what car to expect and the Reg. No. Nice friendlY..driver had car facility available .

I can say these negative reviews are really disappointing as my experience with this company was great, and service was spot on time with nice mercedes highly recommended, this review is not a fake review genuinely used these guys.

Booked a cab for 0430 today for an airport trip, did not show up, almost missed my flight. DO NOT USE!!!

Pre booked a taxi to get back to Hampton Court from a wedding in Handcross. Due to my wife being ill we didn't need the taxi. When I called to cancel the man I spoke to was abrupt, rude, totally inconsiderate and unprofessional, and hung up on me. Avoid.
