So delighted with Berkeley House. The words Care Home leave us feeling concerned and fearful but nothing could be more different than this home. Smells lovely, feels caring, staff wonderful. Berkeley has completely changed my outlook on Care Homes. I know there are bad homes but I feel a sense of comfort and huge relief that my mum is in the trust of such a special place with very special staff.

Staff are extremely caring and efficient.
We have seen a massive improvement in my dad since going into Berkeley house on a permanent basis . Much happier as he has constant company with new friends and the staff are always friendly and caring .

Hard working care staff who will go above and beyond for their residents. Mother always looks clean and tidy, very clean rooms, various activities daily. 10/10 ????

Thank you for the loving care you are providing for my grandma at a very difficult time, the staff here are so much more than there job titles, I would highly recommend this care home and I just wish she had come into your care earlier, also thank you for the support you have provided to me and our family.
