Located in old muwelah area, this grocery has been there for a while, run and maintained by Bangladeshi nationals, their service is good and they will even get you things which is not available there from other shops and make sure the required item is given to the customer, won't take no as an answer.
Home delivery is available and you can call and make an order.
It is a small grocery only and most of the things are available also, easily accessible from road and there is kacha parking spots since it is muwelah area.
The only issue will be to watch out for expired snacks or other items, better advised to check yourself the expiry date of every item while you are picking them since I myself experienced few issues at times.

Pre-booked a taxi for a wedding 10 days prior. Was told it would cost £42 for a 15min journey, initially told that I would need to call back & pay a deposit, then subsequently told I needed to pay in full. Called them back on four separate occasions to be told noone was around to take payment & then on the final call was told pre-payment wasn't needed & that I could pay by card at our destination on the night. Had a phone call at 9pm on the wedding day, just as the happy couple were about to do their first dance to say the taxi wasn't confirmed as it wasn't pre-paid for. Was then send a payment link for £47, an increase of £5 on the original amount at a time when I was left with no other options of securing another taxi so had to pay it! Would not use again!

£14 to go 1/4 of a mile!!!! Won't be booking them again...
Yes of course. I booked a cab for 7.45 yesterday to go from bs30 8aw. To pick up from the lamb pub cadbury heath which is a five minute walk from said post code, to go to Cadbury heath social club which is a ten minute walk from the lamb costing us £14....if i could've walked i would have.

Awful place. Sent taxi early having not listened to the time then lied repeatedly about a taxi en route which never came. Put the phone down on us for asking why it was taking so long. Messed up our restaurant reservation, rude receptionist and i’d sooner call ghostbusters then this mickey outfit again. Still waiting for our taxi…

Called Keynsham cars today to book 2 local airport trips for a couple of weeks time. Firstly, the operative (female) on the phone was very dismissive and unhelpful to put it mildly. Secondly, when I told her the times of my airport journey she said “we don’t do pick ups from the airport and we don’t do late night pickup. We only do daytime bookings”.
I then asked how much the taxi would be for my second journey and she replied, “it’s £80”, to which after I had asked her to repeat the cost she said again “£80” (one way). I asked why the cost had increased by over 200% since I last booked and she replied, “Fuel prices have increased”. Needless to say, I said your ripping customers off to which the response was, “ Well that’s the way it is”.
We have always used Keynsham cars for our airport runs, but sadly no more.
It’s shameful and a total rip-off to take advantage of customers. We’ve booked a more honest taxi firm. Our previous experience of this firm was always good and fair prices. Unfortunately you’re current customer service strategy is going to be bad for business. Yo certainly lost ours!!

Phoned to book a taxi at 14:51, was told they don't have any availability until 4PM. I said I would call around and phone back as I needed something ASAP, phoned back at 14:59 and was told its now 5PM. Asked if they could recommend anywhere else (desperate) and the lady was very short and rude, and just hung up. Very poor customer service.

Wanted to wait until we had a few times using this service before I left a review, the staff are well mannered on the phone and are always happy to help. Dan has been our driver on a few occasions now and is always on time polite and welcoming. We will be using only Keynsham Cars from now on.

Been in Keynsham 18 months and have used this service once a week since then. I find them professional, helpful, personable and reliable.
Would recommend to friends and family.
