Today I went for a blood test. Everybody was nice and professional. However Debby Reynolds (reception upstairs) was exceptional. Never have I ever seen someone like Debby in a long time. She was sweet, courteous to every person /patient that walked through the door, catering to each of their needs. I really do believe people like Debby are rare to find now days. Thank you Debby your positive smile, sweet nature never went unnoticed. Wish the world was full of people as sweet as you.

My Daughter and her children are patients at this surgery.
Every time her young child of 1 years old has been seen by a GP here, my daughter always ends up in either A&E, or has to ring 111, then told to take her to be seen elsewhere.
I think as professionals in the medical field, your surgery either needs more qualified Doctors, or be more thorough when flippantly concluding the outcome of my Granddaughters results in the end.
Absolutely appalling service.

Very disappointing service. Had an appointment for a blood test there at 1 pm. There was none in the reception area when we reached there , waited around half an hour and the receptionist came , and told that she was on her break and it was 1:30 and so nothing could be done now. I had been waiting for this appointment since 2 weeks and had to travel 1 hour to reach this place. That was a very bad experience.

I was there with my child and they cancelled the appointment because I wasn't supposed to get in for ultrasound with a child.Very unprofessional as it was not stated in the appointment letter and I wasted the whole day because of their unprofessional manner. Do not recommend them.

I had my blood test done today and I normally faint, a lady called Karen was so caring and lovely and made sure I was okay before leaving, doing an amazing job so thank you !

The Staff are very helpful. They have also interpreter so everything is so easy.

On street parking and couple of disable bays available. Big and spacious health centre. Well organised.

Came to have a blood test done, and I’m very pleased with the service ! The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Was called in 10 minutes before my appointment and Nurse Karen took good care of me, super friendly, funny and warm.
