Amazing friendly experience, the workers were extremely kind and vigilant. Very affordable prices for quality food. Try their spicy shawarma it was very good.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious premises. The cafe is fabulous. Inexpensive and has great scones. All my interactions in this shop with the staff have been positive. I've been a few times now, including solely to use the cafe and everytime I've left feeling rebooted and ready to look around the shop.
There are toilets facilities including a baby change. Also high chairs available in the cafe.
Marks and Spencer accommodates completely for a wheelchair user in all areas that everyone else is privy to.
Relaxed atmosphere, I can spend ages shopping as I don't feel harassed and I take my time, especially with my lunch in the cafe prior to my shop.
Pleasant experience consistently for me.

Lots of new stock - lovely selection of cozy jumpers and trousers. £5 off £20 spend this weekend. Gluten free savoury range has been expanded at last - sausage rolls, pork pies, pizza, lasagne, spag bol etc

Food Hall always brilliant even though prices are on the high side. Clothes wise I feel they have lost their way. Trousers are reasonable but dresses leave a lot to be desired. To get a reasonable range you need to visit the larger branches.

My mother of 65 was doing her weekly shop. One of the assistants was abhorrent and rude by saying “I TOLD YOU BEFORE” to not bring the trolley through the express checkout. Firstly, your staff should check their records beforehand as this was my mother’s first so-called ‘offence’ in the store. Secondly, rather than trying to publicly display authority to your customers and general poor conduct, you could try a more gentle and more customer focused approach.

The same as any other Marks & Spencer. Lovely food, although a bit pricey for certain things. The meal deal for 2 is a great deal, if you like what they have to offer. Their clothes are getting very old fashioned, or for the older generation. They don't have a wide range of clothing for young, trendy mothers. And again overpriced for a lot of their handbags, shoes & clothes range

Food side it's very good, women's wear excellent quality, men's wear a disappointment as it's very small and with the limited range there that will reduce footfall and sales figures. Cafe ok, not the best and certainly not comparable with the rest of the store.
