The food is soo good but it take me litrlly 45 mins for 2 meals?
And I got fine for parking 200D

I have order buffalo burger. But they give me normal burger with ketchup. Please if you are not sure of the order call back to confirm.

Very bad service. My name was in the box however the meal inside was for someone else. The delivery company took back the box and ask me to call Zerofat as it's their mistake. It took more than 2 hours and many calls to finally talk to someone who promised to check and call back. Off course she didn't call back and I had to call again. Finally they promised to compensate by adding a day to my subscription. They are unreliable and can't depend on them. I don't know yet about the quality of food because this is supposed to be my first day with them.

Had 2 really bad experiences in the same week, first time they denied that it was from there side but the second time i was certain. The way they handled the problem is unprofessional and hopefully today is the last time I order from them.
