Yesterday I went to this cafeteria it is new opened but good the tea is available with fresh milk is very testy and nice you must vist to have a great tea with fresh milk you also can visit with family and friends

This was a very interesting, informative though different experience than I expected, definitely worth a visit. After paying a very modest entrance fee the range of fish was surprisingly very good with detailed descriptions about each. The aquarium is not very big and upon exiting you enter the hologram exhibit.

Best value for money, definitely recommended. For just £3.80 per person you get a quick run through the attractions of Matlock Baths, the petrifying well and the excellent aquarium. Our 3 year old son absolutely loved the different fish and other sea life behind the glasses and was fascinated by all of the many big fish in the old Victorian swimming pool.
The Holograms are brilliant too, some of which are really creepy and gave the whole family a good laugh.
Definitely the best use of £3.80 entry fee, don't think I've ever paid so little for an attraction like this.

Visited many times good value £4.80 per adult. Takes about an hour the 19th century pool filled with koi carp is a personal favourite see video. The new light room was a nice addition too. Always visit when we go to Matlock Bath.

A FANTASTIC DAY OUT!!!!!! Beautiful walks, the aquarium had to be done and you MUST eat at Charles Fish and Chip restaurant on the same street. Not only has it some of the freshest fish I've ever tasted but there's a bar serving alcohol too ????

Nice little aquarium. Not many fish but probablly why the price is cheap. Some interesting facts and pictures around. They have a room with hologram pictures that are very cool and some fun house type mirrors. There is also a small light sensory room which our toddler loved. The Only downsides is its Not pram accessable you have to leave it in the foyer. Luckilly i read this online so we didnt take ours. They also do not have toilets or baby changing facilities but there are ones accross the road you can use for 20p.

Took my daughter & grandson whom both enjoyed the experience. My grandson especially loved the light tunnel & tanks.

Great value for money. Lots to look at and the koi carp pond is incredible!
