Very very waste service and the staff and delivery person doesn't know how to speak . Really very disappointed

Recently I brought mutton from this shop. The guy convinced me it's cheap, I brought 1.15kilo. It cost be around 36dhs with vat. But the guy cheated me... Put all bones out of the 1.15kili nearly 700 gms was bones, 60 gms waste and finally for 205gms I paid 36dhs. Don't believe the butcher in this shop... He wasn't genuine to say the truth. Believe he was speaking Malayalam...

On 6th of June before 1 am , I purchased some veg stuff and one Jumbo Mountain Due from AONE . Cashier put all those stuffs in same bag which I need to get separately. I didn’t said anything coz now we all minimizing to use plastic bags , at same time I saw one of my friend was there for shopping and I keep my stuffs on top of the cash counter which already closed. By mistakenly it’s falls down and my mountain due was totally spilled out. I spoke with one of staff for replacing and advice me to reach with managers. I asked him for replacement but he refused to do and said to me that that was not their mistake and trying to explain some other nonsense examples , I personally belong with customer service and we do our very best to make customer happy if something goes wrong within our store , after that I purchased another one more Jumbo Mountain due and paid another Aed 8 , I was expecting that he will go for solution not for the arguing!!

If you are looking for condiments, spices, ingredients to cook a great meal at home, you must visit Aone super market and also you are looking nuts, choclates for cheap price then no other choice in hamdan let's come and enjoy the shopping
