cozy restaurant with delicious food at amazing prices and portions! ???????? loved their shrimp and egg steamed dumplings as well as their oil-spilt noodles, though the name on the menu was very different. the noodles were thick and hand-cut, adding onto the chewy texture -- highly recommend this dish! food seems to be prepared fresh right after you place the order, so don't come too hungry ????

They serve absolutely authentic northern Chinese food with big size! If you care about flavors, this is the place you can’t miss for sure! The service is chill so don’t expect much. The owners are the best people I met here and the chefs are from China. I tried few Chinese restaurants in AD, but this is the only one I highly recommend!!!

Nice beef noodles but need more chilly oil on it. Taste was 90% similar. Need a little bit improvement. Overall- recommended

A pretty terrible dining experience.
Although the dishes come in large portions at a fairly cheap price, the restaurant has very poor hygiene and services.
We went there for dinner at around 6pm, and sat close to the entrance. There were flies all over the restaurant and around our food. We told the waiter about it, but nothing was being done about it. In addition, we also found a strand of hair in our plate of water spinach. It was really disgusting and ruined the entire dining experience for us.
They also do not have a restroom for hand washing or anything.
Don’t think I’ll ever visit there again, as there are other better restaurants in the city.

Small Chinese restaurant with large portions. The knife cut noodles, duck leg, and braised tofu were amazing. Will visit again.

Overall decent Chinese Restaurant. Even though the Restaurant sitting capacity is less and small however the food portion is huge and the food is absolutely tasty and value for money. The only challenges is if you are driving it is a bit difficult to find parking around the restaurant because that area it is always crowded.

I used to love the dishes here, but last time I went, they all tasted slightly different and made me wonder if I ever really loved them. Hoping it was just a one-off inconsistency, as All Directions has been one of the top-quality Chinese restaurants in Abu Dhabi since its opening.

At check in we had issues with our credit card ( which we have used entire trip). The man at desk told us only way around this was for the other adult driver to be added. We were told an extra 30 pounds. We were not told this was per day. Upon returning the car within roughly 10 mins of arriving at airport we had an email stating we had damaged a panel on the car and the cost was automatically taken from our account. Firstly we were made aware of damage to the specific area on pick up. We have not been provided with any pics from prior to pick up and secondly how is an assessment on the cost of the damage done so quickly and the fee charged to our card with no prior knowledge. We drive the car to shops and never had any type of incident with another car. I believe we have been rolled. My partner overheard a lady at counter in another airport ( budget rental) who was also td similar info in regards to her card not working to process the holding fee. Not impressed at all amd we will be taking this further

Arrived at 8:05pm on a Sunday night (desk closing at 8pm) after realising that forgot the car keys in the holiday place...but the guy at reception (Stefan) helped us even if it meant staying later than his schedule (he was the only desk open at that time!) and saved the day as we needed a rental car for a few days until keys arriving from abroad.
Really good service and I will definitively use Budget again

Everything was extremely smooth for us. We had reserved a car and went with the full protection. Even though the woman at the counter expressed seemed like she didn't wanted to work that day, she was still polite in language and we immediately got the car without problems.
Upon returning the car we were met by another woman who was extremely nice and helpful to whom we just handed the key and carried on to the airport.
3 weeks later now and no additional funds has been charged from my credit card, so I expect everything was in order.

I arrived early, and your counter opened late.

Despite an 8am reservation, I couldn't leave with the car until 8.30am, putting me at least 20 minutes behind. Apparently I could just pickup the keys from some sort of key locker according to the email, which is simply untrue.

Your staff didn't know I'd done an online check in, which seems ridiculous.

On return, again, no one at the desk. I wasn't told where to put keys back to. I had to read a small message at the desk to figure out I can use the drop point, which had unclear instructions, leaving me hunting for it at 8am on a Sunday.

Your email confirmation contains typos, and the asterix don't correspond to the points they're supposed to.

Overall, pretty shoddy experience, a lack of information, and bad information means I'll be sure to use another company next time.

Extra Insurance SCAM!. Beware of EXTRA insurance charges. Check what you signing for!
On arrival to the pick-up point at Stansted UK airport, the staff member Emily (blonde girl with large glasses) has requested me to sign as in the signature box on the touch screen, providing an expression that I am signing for my prepaid rental agreement. To my surprise, as I have find out latter, after I have received an invoice, In was signing also for an EXTRA INSURANCE, which I have not asked for or been offered in any way. or form! Extra protection package was included without my consent or knowledge at cost to me of a £85.36! making 3 day rental cost just over £200.00. Not exactly on my BUDGET. I have made a formal complaint and asked for a refund. Still waiting for a formal response.

I came to Stansted airport to pick up my Citroen. Budget representative at the airport told me that the car is not available. He offered to get another car and even upgrade it.

Budget representative at the airport told us that upgrade would cost nothing and upgraded us to a car that now costs us 3 times what we were going to pay. He gave us wrong quotes on everything, from second driver charge to full coverage price, which he said is 180, not 300. we used Budget many times in the past, I cannot believe someone from this company could lie to my face like that. Now I’m trying to return the car to get something cheaper, but Budget is saying I will not get a refund? How is that even possible? I’d like to return the car and receive a refund for the days that I’m clearly not going to use it.
I can’t believe that someone so incompetent can work at your company.

Avoid!!! Avis/Budget took 170 GBP from my deposit without even telling me why, no receipt, no explanation. I may be from an underdevelopped Easter Europe country, but that is called a theft here. They do not communicate with me, already tried to contact them thrice.

*UPDATE* 2 days after the above review I got an explanation stating I was charged for retunring the car with an empty tank. I replied with a receipt of fuel payment made just before the car was returned and had my claim backed with an invoice showing we only ran the car for about 250 miles, no way we could have used the fuel up anyway. I got an apology and money back in couple days.

My advice - make pictures not only of the car for damage claims, but also of mileage and fuel level indicator upon returning. Persist with your claim, use social networks, emails, reviews, don't give up.

AVIS - Please never bully your clients with not giving out a receipt or invoice for what you take.

DON'T BOOK AVIS/BUDGET. They charged my card with GBP 511 without any notification and call. After calling them several time i was told that there was a scratch on car but i returned the car without any damage and there was no one to receive it at the time of dropping the car. Firstly, there was no scratch/damage on car. I returned the car in same condition i received. Secondly, even if there was one, would they charge GBP 511?

This is what they take advantage of. I am frequent traveler and renting the cars from last 5 years and this is the first time i am experiencing this.
