Abu Dhabi to dubai bus service is very slow and only 1 bus departing after every 1 hour they need to add more buses, it's so annoying to stand in long qeue and actually 2 long queues first is when need to top up nol card becoz nol card machine is there but it's not working so all passengers needs to top up over the counter. Then 2nd queue is for 1 bus and trust me in qeue more than 100 passengers at a time and there is only 1 bus available every 1 hour ,... this is so frustrating

I had the opportunity to travel from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah by Bus. The bus service starts from 6:30 AM till 2:30 AM. With half an hour interval 1 bus leaves for Sharjah. The 10:00 PM bus i took, reached Sharjah Jubail bus station by 12:00 AM. The fare was 30 AED. The 2 hour journey was very comfortable. From there 99 number bus took 40 mins to reach Sharjah Airport. The fare was 8 AED.

Usually taxi takes 300 AED from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah Airport. With above mentioned public transport one can reach sharjah airport in 38 AED.
