Horrible. Cash only and no change in Kiosk even in counter you should pay exact amount. The staff asked me to go outside to find loose change even if I'm not the first customer and he has loose change. When I told the staff that I will not reload it and will just get the card he magically have change as he already recharged it without my payment. I recharge for 45aed with just 100aed it's not even a big amount. It was really not a good experience.

Easy access from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. For more than 2 years, I'm not coming to Abu Dhabi.

Aailable buses to anywhere in the UAE
Dubai buses in every half hour
Get Nol card from reception
and if you want to take acess buses in Abu Dhabi hafilat card available in ticket machines

Very bad! I was not able to buy tickets to Dubai by card, they accept only cash. It's not possible to top-up nol card by credit card as well. I withdrew cash from ATM, but minimum amount was 500 DHS and they didn't have a change ????????u200d♂️
