It's not difficult to use it if you have metro card.
I took bus to go Dubai but there was many peoples so i was able to use next bus.
but overall is ok.

There was small shop inside and we can buy some drinks and snacks as well.

This is main Bus stand of Abu Dhabi and Al wahda Mall is next to bus station. Bus station look like old Airport and I believe its oldest bus station. Bus station is big and spacious but it requires maintenance specially toilet. There are only one NOL and hafilat recharge hence always queue.
Plenty of Taxi available near the exit gate so no need to wait for Taxi like Dubai.

Abu Dhabi, Central Bus Station is great bus station in Abu dhabi as compared with other bus stations like MBZ Bus Station Shabiya 12 Bus Station,
Abu Dhabi Main Bus Station have Bus updates inside waiting area on LED Screen also there is a free wifi available to spend time to track live transport via google map if needed
Also A Shawarma And karak tea and other food stuff is also available at cafeteria's inside the Bus station waiting area.

The only bus station in AbuDhabi. Well organized.
Note. You can't recharge your card with credit or debit cards, it's cash payment only.

An old bus station for all the busses passing through it. Its the central bus station of Abudhabi.
If you going for connecting busses make sure you will get in quickly. The drivers will never stop if you're just near or approaching inly to the bus.
You can get intercity busses from there to rak, ajm, shj and Dxb.
Dubai bus is always there to do service. Week ends you can get busses to dubai 24hours.

I went today to renew my expired bus card.
Not having enough knowledge of the terminologies used to get the renewed bus card, I approached the security guard , a gentleman from Africa and told him that I want a bus card.

He told me to go to machine. I could guess that I have not been able to explain what I wanted I repeated what I earlier said. He started losing his cool and said I told you to go to machine.

I repeated that my card is with the picture and I showed him the old card. He then very rudely said this is expired why you did not tell me that, and the counter is closed today and come tomorrow. He had raised his voice at this juncture.

I told him to calm down and be polite. I even told him to smile. His response was why should I smile, my job is to be the security guard not to guide. I told him that I would complain about his unacceptable behavior to which he said go and do it.

I then left and approached another Security Guard from Nepal Mr. Nishant who had been very friendly and advised me to come tomorrow.

I took the game of the gentleman from Africa, he is Mr. Joseph.

On my way back I told Mr Joseph that I would complain about his attitude to which he said Thank You.

Amazing……right!!

Staff are very welcoming and kind. But unfortunately the wait to see the cashiers is awful. I have had to wait up to 1 hour at times because they have short staff or a till is not working which results in only one cashier for the many. This always seems to be on their busiest days as well. I think this branch is poorly managed and needs better management. The amount of times I see thier customers walking away as they can not bear the wait any longer.

Very helpful staff and offer a lot of self-service options, so usually you don’t have to queue for the basics. They also offer decent business accounts and will even sit down with you (with free tea and coffee) to help small businesses.

Very friendly staff, there wasn’t any queue when I went in, only negative thing is the deposit machine can’t recognise your notes, no matter how many times you put the money in or how many times you rearrange the notes????

Absolutely terrible service I have been past from pillar to post and still no one I can actually talk to the local branch at rugby never answer the phone !!!!

Cash points are handy being inside, but they close after a certain time. So have to use another elsewhere.
