The worst property management company in Abu dhabi. We had left the flat in September 22 but still not gave us the security deposit back. Whoever is taking their property will regret at the end.

Its a place of filled with irresponsible staff. No respect, treating like people are begging in queue. No values no ethics. Just doing time pass to get salaries. Treating people by nationality is terrifying thing which you can see there in a higher valuem.

No reaponse and respect to people. Running behind the people for hours but no result what a shame full organisation ADCP.
Please take lessons from others how to behave with humans. Writing quotation of greatness is not that it mean your great you have to do work also. Given timings are deferent than working timings. Overall very bad and bad...worst ever service of adcp..

I left the apartment in a great condition, yet they deducted almost 2000 aed from the security deposit (5000 aed; INSANE) without even sending me details of the charges. Though, to be fair, the free maintenance service during the contract period was great, but after all it seems not FREE at all.

ADCP please teach your Front Desk representative how to deal customers.
The guy name Abdulla refused to let me in despite several requests because i was not carrying photocopies of original documents.
Its is no where mentioned in your checklist to bring photocopies as shown in below pic.
I had to drive back to shabiya from their icad branch only to bring photocopies of original documents.

ADCP Staff are welcoming and they guide with all the requirements properly. Even the security guard was very polite and handed the correct service token.

WORST WORST WORST WORST MAINTENANCE SERVICE EVER!!! If there is zero star, I would rate it at zero! They are only quick to receive money but when you have complains and all, they take 48 years, if at all! We have been contacting their Maintenance Department for days and days! We are supposed to move in to our new apartment already, it has been more than 10 days since we paid and supposedly maintenance work has been done already within that 10 days! They keep telling us it’s already approved but after following-up, they tell us again that it’s not approved! They tell us they will do it urgent, but after days nothing’s been done at all!!!!!!!!!! WORST EVER!
