Nice Big place to buy your groceries.. They have good Products, offers and delivery services… As per my analysis sometimes the pricing is on the higher side even with discounts… Overall a very good to place to shop for people living in W10 Area Abduhabi…

Such an incredibly beautiful place :))) you enter the gates (free!) Into a lovely park with paths to ramble along and large grassy patches to sit. There are many old growth trees too. The glasshouses are impeccable. The plant species inside of them are varied going from fully aquatic to tropical to desert. There are decent toilets and cute wee places to get a snack. Highly recommend.

Amazing place and free. They have food vendors most days. Beautiful park and very large with tons of places to walk and see. Many people bring dogs as there is tons of space! Definitely recommend for anyone. There is also a small but very nice playground for children!

One of the best places to visit in Glasgow. Beautifully designed and maintained by the staff. I visited in July 2023, and the carnivorous plant exhibition and Kibble Palace were the highlight of my trip. Well worth spending a few hours enjoying the large collection of plants and the history of the gardens.

Absolutely amazing. Visited in late May and so many beautiful blooms right now. Glass houses are very nice as well, so many different plants. You can spend all day there whatever the weather. Perfect place for children, has a small playground. Dogs on leads are welcome, unfortunately not allowed in glass houses. Entrance is free. Definitely recommend.

Almost didn’t come here because I thought it was just a small green house with a few plants inside but had some extra time one day so I decided to check it out. It’s more than just a greenhouse, there’s a whole park, rose gardens, walking paths, and herb and veg gardens. It’s a nice area to sit out and have a picnic on a sunny day and enjoy the outdoors. There’s also a food and drinks stand, and plenty of benches to sit and chill for a bit. Its now one of my favorite places in Glasgow!

Must-visit place in Glasgow!

I visited the Glasgow Botanic Gardens during a one-day stop at Glasgow on my trip to Scotland this summer (June 2023). Since I couldn't arrive at the Garden before 6pm to see the Kibble Palace as I had planned, I dropped in again the next morning on my way to Edinburgh. And the detour was definitely worth it!

It would take about two hours to walk around all the glasshouses/greenhouses. The Kibble Palace can get slightly crowded with school kids. I particularly loved the section of the Kibble Palace with carnivorous plants. Do bear in mind that it can get quite hot inside as that's what glasshouses are obviously supposed to do. So, carrying some drinking water and taking quick breaks in between is the best way to tour the place.

There is more to the Botanic Gardens than the greenhouses. It's also a perfect place to sit or lie down and picnic, or to take a walk.

Free is great. On the way out from Central Glasgow, get off the bus one stop earlier than Google maps says to. Glasshouse chain is amazing, the logical walking path takes you through them all and back, choose clockwise or reverse. Outdoor paths all offer something interesting. I tried to follow the signs and still failed to reach the arboretum. I do have one criticism: almost everything needs weeding and maintenance. It's a charity, though.
