The worst bank branch especially the customer service and the branch manager. I requested to liquidate my fixed deposit today after waiting 45days but they dont allow me just because of expired eid which i explained many times that it is under process for change status. Then, i called their Customer service in main office and said passport is valid requirement to liquidate my FD whereas UAQ branch advised me the same. This branch manager is keep on insisting that it is bank policy to have valid eid to process the request which in the first place its my money and not theirs. They are not accommodating at all.

Worst bank and branch ever ! Especially the manager Noura Al Nuaimi. Extremely rude and unprofessional only surviving because of being a local thats all ! Doesnt deserve to be a manager at all ! Please avoid this bank/branch at any cost !

The most worst branch that I’ve visited… I have never seen worse service than this bank,the staff behaves is totally unprofessional!!!
To be there was a really frustrating experience!!!!

My debit card got stuck in the atm and i stayed hours trying to even call buisness or assistance nymber but stupid computer keep replying ( because they don't want to hirr human beings to reply) and we didn't reach the card or any body even calling

They were putting assistance number on the atms but again computer reply (a.i)

I will close my bank account there cause whenever you have any issue you cannot reach any one

We have had a terrible experience with this bank. Just be careful when opening an account with them, we have bank fraud directly from the business corporate account. It has been 10 days since logging the request to investigate. There unable to find a solution, our account manager is missing(MIA) and our account has been frozen (unable to withdraw any funds). We hope this issue get resolved soon but we closing our account here right after that. Seems like an extremely unreliable bank!

Customer care people with with bad attitude, not at all helpful, and rude. I asked for June statement they first told they will charge for it I said I can pay but even after that they didn’t have it. I asked for a duplicate copy of my liability letter and they didn’t gave me that too. I went to the next branch and I got both even without paying anything.
