I've phoned the ADDED about a dozen times in the last two weeks, not once have I actually been able to speak to anyone. You just get put on hold until the call times out.

I tried emailing them but there response told me to phone them to get the information I needed.

Very professional and friendly staff. They help you to the maximum to get your papers done. All the respect to every person there. They welcome you from the entrance with a smile till the minute you leave.

Worst experience. Very slow.. no token numbers. The security guard is there to decide.. 5 times i have been there and still they cant fix a token machine. 2mins work will take 2 hours.

Perhaps I was extremely lucky. After reading the reviews here I was really scared to apply for my freelance license. But within 3 days (and reading the application form on the website really really carefully, I got my license. I need to thank Suhail on the chat line for being very very helpful.

Worst website ever, very slow, the customer service after 12pm never reply on the phone and it takes about 1 hr to reach them via chat box. And if they reply they are eager to just hang up on you by giving you the “we will send an email to them or we will send it to the related department” and they never do actually because no body ever contacted me. I waited for 2 weeks then I gave up because it seems that nobody actually want to do their job.

They never answer the phones you stay on hold for hours and then the line just drops. The system is extremely complicated and messy. It is a shame that this is what businesses in Abu Dhabi are forced to go through. The hardest part of doing business in Abu Dhabi is licensing and dealing with the DED.

I have moved around a lot and always had a local GAME store somewhere nearby. Theyre usually pretty good anyway but this one has by far the best staff. Always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Full set of good eggs over there. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Just wanted to share with everyone how severely disappointed I am with the treatment of a family member at GAME in Coventry. My sister is deaf and has struggled during this pandemic like so many others as she relies on lip reading to be able to communicate. Masks and face coverings are so important to help stop the spread however despite the staff member being behind a glass screen and 2 metres away he refused to remove his mask so that my sister was able to communicate with him. The staff member didn't even offer to write to help my sister and she left the store in floods of tears. I have called the store to complain about her treatment and spoke to the manager who could not have been ruder about the situation and tried to tell me that the member of staff offered to write down "which was not true". We are all learning during this pandemic however it is so upsetting that deaf people can be discriminated against and unable to go about their daily business with the help that is needed. GAME you really need to up your "game" GAME Coventry

I was late to the gaming party, basically I'm a newborn gamer.
The staff are so so helpful, kind and friendly.
I normally suffer with anxiety going into shops but I always feel at ease in game. :)

Absolutely ridiculous.
Have offers advertised on shelves that aren't valid anymore. Seems they don't update their shop as often as they should. You don't find out until you ask at the till.
