Many government offices located here which is very useful in the middle of the city.
Limited parking spaces is a factor at times but manageable.
Some departments are not that organised and you can see employees spending significant hours in the coffee shop or not at the desk and that’s when long queues start forming and the organisation of the queue is left to primitive method of recording with the security personnel.
The service definitely can improve to be paralleled with the advances achieved by Abu Dhabi government initiatives in service quality.
