Despite dealing with a hiccup in my transaction, the customer service I received at the Khalifa Branch was excellent. I'd like to specifically mention Arwa Ibrahim Alhammadi - who has gone above and beyond to ensure that my concerns are addressed. Her kindness and willingness to help has made this experience easier. This branch is lucky to have her. :)

I don’t know how only 1 teller from 4 is only working Saturday, Saturday is a very important day and they still have unnecessary shortages ! I waited 40 minutes just to withdraw an amount that I can’t withdraw in the machine!!!

Went there to open a Salary account and close the existing accounts.

The staff at the counter was unwilling to close my account, as he seemed uninterested in having account closure activities associated with his credibility. He utilized various jargon and excuses in an attempt to persuade me to leave. Interestingly, however, he displayed a strong inclination towards opening a new account.

Teller couldn't provide assistance to my queries nor direct to me to anyone in the branch to assist me. Her words were "Nobody in this branch can help you".

The person I complained to on the Customer Care number couldn't understand why it was the Teller's duty to redirect my query to someone who can guide me.

I've been with this bank for 10+ years and it's disappointing that this is the service that the customers receive.
