Very poor customer service, and only one person is working in the products team. I have waited more than 50 mins and I was third in the queue !!

Best place to finish all your financial services open till 10 pm. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Bahaa was helpful

I don’t know how a major bank like ADIB would have only one customer service employee in a branch like Nation Tower. This is really not acceptable. I came in the evening and had to wait for an hour. Noting that only two people were before me. I really hope that ADIB change their policies or else they will lose a lot of customers.
