On the downside the service is terrible, staff are really slow although they do have a lot of staff they aren't very attentive.
Overall the food is good but the service needs to get better.

The movie finished and we went outside and MR DENNIS said, " Sorry i cannot refund the whole package, just complimentary tickets to come back", which won't happen as this was one of the unpleasant experiences ever. After maybe 5-7 mins of discussion and his co workers, they said we will write with package at the back of the voucher., and wait for the managers approval.
We waited for a few mins, 13 mins to be exact, and then the manager had the guts to come ask us whats wrong??
He had no clue and was no rude and treated us like idiots! We told him we want our refund back and he said that no one told us that they will refund us !
He believed his lying staff and as a great manager he is, he didnt have a clue what was happening at all.
This is so embracing for vox cinemas as we have been to theatre by rhodes multiple times and nothing happened but great memories and experiences. The staff at yas mall and the manager were oblivious of everything and clearly the customer isn't always right here, they treated us like savages and made us leave the place so angry and didnt even offer a good solution. 530 dirhams of our money was wasted.

What a catastrophic design blunder: there is only one center table for two seats, the table is so up high, so uncomfortable to reach, each time you have to get something it feels like you are reaching for a wall. The table is fixed to ground and you can neither adjust its elevation nor of the seat.
The A/C was either not working or on high temperature setting; it was so warm. The staff were helpless.
