Awful company. Not only are they often late or completely miss my daughter's stop, last week they went completely off route with only my daughter on board at 07:30am. (It was very dark and misty outside). She was terrified and asking me why it hadn't picked up her friends from the next stop. For 25 mins she was on her own with the unknown driver, travelling to an area she didn't recognise. When I tracked her phone, it showed the driver was travelling at speed northwards (and 5 miles off of the route) rather than to the south where her school is. It then started heading towards woodlands and I had no idea what to think and was on the verge of phoning the police. I got in my car to try and find her but by then the rush hour traffic had built up. Luckily it did turn round and come back to the usual route but it was the most terrifying experience of my life as a mum of a young girl who was trusting the school bus company to take her safely to school. My emailed complaint to Portsmouth City Coaches was ignored.
