I’ve been attending beginners classes on a Tuesday night with Emma for four weeks now alongside the post-yoga meditation class straight after. It’s my me-time and a gentle way of getting back in to yoga after spending lockdown sitting on my backside doing nothing! I love the energy of the studio, everyone is so lovely there, it’s not intimidating at all and it’s got a great vibe. Emma is knowledgeable and supportive, encouraging and challenging in the right measures, and really does live and breathe her practice. I would say it’s a bit of a harder beginners class than some I’ve been to, but I actually really like that as you get to have some fun learning some tricky poses but without being surrounded by people who just know how to do it! Emma always gives adaptations to make it easier / harder as you wish, and she interweaves the session with breath work and mindfulness, so I get as much mental benefit as physical. Highly recommend, especially if new to yoga, you couldn’t meet a nicer bunch! I always highly recommend staying for meditation after, it really cements / seals the practice and is a wonderful way of giving yourself self-care.

Emma is such a wonderful teacher!
She's calming and knowledgeable and I always look forward to a session in the studio.
When in a yoga class I never feel intimidated or worried about any poses i may or may not be able to do, Emma offers adaptations and supports throughout.

I would highly recommend Infinite Yoga, and can not wait to get back after lockdown!

I am in the fitness and wellbeing industry and for many years have searched for a yoga place with a spark and a true heart felt teacher.. And wow have I found this place over a year I've been attending and the yoga, mediation, workshops are absolutely flawless, the knowledge, energy and passion that comes from each session will help you in many ways.. My clients now use Emma for yoga and meditation and my feedback is in their words life changing.
Their is no comparability in my eyes to where to go ????????

A highly professional organisation and the studio is a beautiful space to practice in.

Emma really captures the whole ethos and spirit of yoga and holistic wellbeing - not just an exercise class!
