The T&M LED leaf light is good, but the plastic just gave away and the warranty couldn't be covered as its 2 days late. Anyways it was good for 2 years.

Worst Customer service. No one response to landline calls. Many calls without response. Its better to remove it if you are not going to respond to calls.

Worst Customer service. No one response to landline calls. Many calls without response. Its better to remove it if you are not going to respond to calls. Had bad service and follow up from employee called Chris, prior buying the product. I told him that I am close to their factory which is located in Sharjah and I want to collect the product from there. Later on, no follow up from his end, when I called to get the location of the factory to collect my items. He refused stating that, I have to collect the product from Musaffah. How come, I have to drive 400 km just to collect little items which are made ready nearby my home. He refused to support and refused to give his supervisor number. Will ever never approach this shop in future even if its the last shop supplying this product. By the way, Another shop in same building sold me product and provide me with the contact details of their factory in Sharjah and supported me. Much appreciated Wiliam…

Good store, prices for some items are high. Always check with other stores before ordering.
Even if you place large value order, they will still charge for delivery.

This is multi-shop place to go if you're looking for home building materials and furnishings. Just don't try asking people working there for technicalities as you will be lucky if you get sufficient answers. They have online shop as well and it's staffed with incompetent people too.
