Ramadan office timing is not updated. I reached here at 7.50am but office will open at 9.00 am

poor customer service skills! Officers doesn’t want to talk and not proactive at all. Same in typing - poor customer service, no English skills and inability to provide clear information without additional clarification somewhere else.

I feel like people only post feedback when they’ve had a negative experience. We should be adding our positive experiences as well. It literally took me 10 mins to complete my process. I was honestly panicking after reading all the negative reviews.

Apparently there is a dress code to enter the building. Would have saved a lot of my time, had the information been mentioned on the website. Unfortunate !!

V very poor service,they don't want to talk,

I went to the office for family residence visa,simply he said me to go typing centre

Even he didn't listen to me ,

Dubai is 100 times better

I wish abu dhabi will be better some day ,

Speaking on the banks section..

Unfortunate to see such poor services and bad customer services like this in AD.. In my case which is simple and made me have a bad experience ...

I needed to refund a deposit and they kept throwing me from window to another to tahaluf.. Etc. then told me come back 2 days later where I have to make another pcr and try my chances... Where all of that in the App it Says approved

Hope this will get better attention to level up.. Way up...

Very rude staff at immigration all of them. Apart from the manager. They were simply telling me that we don’t speak English. Literally we have to beg to them to do their own job.

They could approve the application. But they told me come back after 5 working days. I was keep explaining it is urgent. But they didn’t want to do it.
