Worst service ever..I went there for my visit vsia fine reduce. My fine was 4500 they took 700 for that fees....and they told me one Link will be come and the amount will be 1050 .. after reducing.....but it's been 15 days no link came... I was keep asking why Link not came.. they told me it's not there responsiblety..I need to go and check amir center and all.. then i send the mail payment to another agent..and asked him why Link not coming.. then the agent asked me to give him visit vsia i gave him... after that he told me..my fine is reduced and i need to pay 1050..as soon as possible..and he send me a pepper..
Im like why I didn't get the Link.. it's supposed to come my phone..so i was little suspicious..I thought THIS agent must be scamming me..so I forward the pepper to this typing cente where i applied for fine reduce.. then THIS man MAN

Im like why should i pay you 700 ..if i need to do too much headache i can go amir and pay 256 legally and i can do it there...

They are not transparent in their dealing with customers. Very bad experience. They will make application without informing you the pros and cons and will make you pay for the charges. Please don't ever visit them. There are many more around here. Try other centre's services.

Very very bad office. The manager rejected to print a paper from email bacause the application not did from them.

If you come before the crowd its quick and efficient. I was there at 7.30 when they open, first customer of the day. Don't come a minute earlier as you wont be given a queue number. With my number in hand, was called in a minute later and on my way again 5 minutes later.
