Well organized with token system for queue. Generally not crowded. Sufficient seating available within the office. Usually counter staff serve the customers quickly. The only problem I faced was the availability of parking spaces around the office, though it is not free. Be prepared to walk a little after parking away from the office. All parking spaces are paid parking only.

I could not express how bad the customer service is, if you plan on renting a house from ADCP please don’t, otherwise you will suffer while existing the building and clearing our account

You will wait for weeks or months due to improper communication between departments within ADCP, you go
To
Clearance they tell you go to maintenance department because clearance report is not out, clearance report came
Exactly after 3 weeks and a half, went back to clear my papers and they told me that there is a penalty that I have to pay because you did not clear your papers earlier.

Now
You have to go back to
Maintenance department for them to explain why they were late in making the report, and the episode goes on and on and on.

Furthermore just come to the floor in ADCP and see how every 5 minutes there are people fighting with employees due to
Miss communication or other problems

I've had a worst experience. Was staright away denied any service, I came on Friday, did not have bank statement, the guy told me ok come tomorrow 8 to 3 working hours.
I went next day at exactly 1:45 but the same guy denied service and told me to come Monday because it was my fault I didn't come at 8 now there isn't any manager available.

I spent hundreds of dirhams to reach there on time directly from dubai.

Also, we need a valid tawtheeq (apartment rental agreeement) to apply for family sponsor visa, when I went to rent an apartment they say we need family documents (visa passport emirates id) for contract, if you don't have we need special approval from manager so come on monday 8 am if you come late (within working) we cannot guarantee service.

Even if service was not available, and they were not taking any more customers with still more than an hour left, as I was doing this for the first time I wanted to ask some information about how it works and what to expect, but the guy straight away told me that don't ask so many questions I am khallas, come on Monday.

It all looks nice and shiny from far. I had a far greater expectation in mind. Completely opposite.

Update: So I went again on Monday 9am, to my surprise the guy says municipality system isn't working we can't do anything. It can get back to work in 1 minute or 1 year we don't know. It's not ADCP system it's Municipality system. And it's been 3 days I'm coming here on different times i NEVER found the branch manager in his office or picking the phone. Now, a customer, here to pay, is waiting for the manager to come or pick his phone standing near the counter as they just said "we don't know where he is if you want you can wait, he literally told me how he looks like and asked me to find him in the building"

Very bad experience i had here.
No any proper response from the staffs.
What ever we’re asking they try to ask with someone else or ask to contact call center.
Whereas call centre is asking to visit the ADCP office.
Such a bad experience for my apartment renewal every year or at the time of any maintenance issues.
Staffs were not hospitable.

I would clearly not recommand dealing with ADCP at all. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. We had to wait 2 months for an answer on our lease whereas they were suppose to answer within 5 working days. They did not accommodate or respond to any of the complaints or requests we made over 3 years, and they found any way to ask for more money. The maintenance of the building we lived in was kept to a minimum, and we had humidity issues for 3 years and nothing was done although we complained many times.

One of the worse customer services in UAE.
Long queues, minimum wait 1,5 hr to get service, they don’t give you full information.

ADCP abudhabi, one of the worse if not the worst.

Very worst services continue still. I couldn't understood how Abudhabi Municipality is allowing such irresponsible organization to deal such property dealings. I had been waiting for my tawtheeq for more than a month after all documents including cheque submission. Still now no response from them. Everytime they are telling that it is in progress and municipality system is down. Is Abudhabi Municipality is not in operation for a month??? Really unprofessional responses from their team and customer support team. But we are left with no further options here. Most of the property are under the control of such unprofessional team of organization.

Very slow process. I renewed my flat in november, requested for tautique in In a month before, till today did not receive it.
Thank God i got it on 02nd June????. After 7 months and three request and 5 visit to office.

New to the area, and parked here as we were visiting Curry's, Pets at Home, B&M, and then walked around the shops in Maybird.

Now have a £60 fine after giving the shops in the area our custom. Scum of the earth.

Don't park here! Don't give the businesses your money if this is their money maker.

Becoming notorious for predatory parking enforcement by UKPC in conjunction with local snitches for fining anyone who leaves the site £100. Can be defended in court citing VCS vs Ibbotson. If you shop here do not go to B&M, across to the Maybird centre or even cross over to Maybrook; shop only at the stores in the one building, and also be aware the time limit is three hours.
