CALL IT , I have admired by the service and staffs, My friend has bought a shoes before 3 weeks ago for wedding ceremony yet the shoes not confirmable and after 3 weeks using several time the shoes he bring to the shope back . The staff has communicating us like new buyer, handling with a very politely.After just few min he allow as to look for other shoes and change. No receipt we have present . The quality of the product is good but the price is bit hight .

Poor quality, I lost a whole week to get shoes from your store in Abu Dhabi Mall, I bought shoes and after using one day it was clear that the manufacturing defect was found, I went back to the same store with the invoice, the shoe was taken for replacement after 5 days did not contact anyone, I checked the store again and was
replaced The shoe, I used it one day and had the same problem, I went to the store for the third time for the purpose of the problem, my money was returned, really a bad experience with a product.????????,,,

u200fGood afternoon, I'm sorry to complain about my favorite brand, but I had to. I am an old customer of Call It Spring Al Wahda Mall, but I no longer want to go to this branch because of your employee named Jit who is of Filipino or Nepalese nationality. He talks to customers in a bad way and looks at me and my friends with an aggressive look that is not comfortable at all, and sometimes he deliberately approaches me in a very bad way, as if he wants to harass me, and I went through this situation about 3 times. My friends and I would like to exclude this person from the Al Wahda Mall branch, or take action with them. As long as this person is around, I will never go to Al Wahda Mall branch, I hope I can get help, thank you all.
