I know it's a result of underfunding that the staff (singular) are harassed and angry, but it's an embarrassment.
I left and went to a local sub-post office, where the staff are foreign, as well as the customers, and I got personal, helpful, smiling service.

They look angry when I told them I was expecting them to print the labels for me, and asked me to come back another time. But I don’t have a printer at home tho?????
Their bad attitudes were consistent through the whole process and make me feel unwelcome.
In fact I did nothing wrong as I arrive before they closed, I did what instructions said to either print the labels myself or do it at the post office. I feel so depressed after leaving the post office as I spent money on transportation to get here 20 mins before it closed, and I left here with nothing posted so I have to spend another £6 going to post office tmr!!!! This experience ruined my day and i have never felt the same when I went to other post office.
I will never come back to this post office and no wonder why the rating is only 2/5 here, sigh. If nothing changes in the future, I believe no one will come back again, thanks to your professional attitudes.

Has 3 self serve machines - but you cannot complete your transaction without support from staff, who are unable to attend as dealing with a huge queue of people.
That being said the staff here are great and super helpful, just massively overwhelmed at all times..
