This place will stop you and force you to try the product, a very unprofessional way of selling a product, as a guy I am not interested in skin care products, nor am I interested in indulging with a sales a person that will forcibly stop you to explain a product to you that is not of interest. The Galleria Mall Management should look into this.

Please don’t offer a free facial after a customer buy the product. We didn’t asked for it but you offered it. The schedule and place has been set when we bought your product. It was very clear that it’s in the Oro Gold Marina Mall outlet. We were there but informed us that it is supposedly in Galleria Mall??? It was okay since not a big deal and informed us to reschedule the next day and it will be Galleria Mall. So we gave it a shot. The next day happened and we were in the Oro Gold Galleria Mall and handled us poorly when we got there. And AGAIN, we were there in Galleria and said that we should go to MARINA MALL!!!? Hey, we know it’s free but please don’t do that to your customer AFTER WE BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT, out time is precious and you just wasted it. Never again!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! This skin care works great on my face. Especially the hydrothermal mask it detoxify my skin and removed toxins from my face. My friends amazed by my glowing flawless skin! No wrinkles as well!thanks to this amazing lavelier products.

By far the best Airline I have used from Edinburgh u003e Paris u003e Bogotá Business class.
Everything was handled superbly and I was extremely impressed.
Great flights, great service and a great seat.

Dear Sir or Madam, we are totally disappointed with our booking VHVBT9 I made the booking back on December 18th, 2022 time 16.33GMT time I have the app on my phone, and also an Air France account on the web, I looked at my booking on the app on Sunday the 11th, and it said I had no upcoming trips, I called on Monday the 12th the first agent could not find booking said to hold the line which I did for 20+ plus minutes only to be cut off, Recalled got connected had to go through all the same questions, to be told I was issued a refund, Well I check my bank account all the time, had never received anything, she said to hold the line, held for 20 plus minutes, and once more got cut off. At no time since making the booking had I received an email to say the booking had been canceled or money refunded, what a total shambles I can't believe the stress you have put me under in the last few days unbelievable, Made the 3rd call got through to a new agent who she seemed to take the matter serious had to repeat all the questions explain what the problem was again put on hold over 1hour she came back and said they would issue new tickets but still the same booking reference, but I had to give credit card number once more the new fare was €1,132, she said it had gone to the back office for re ticking, I asked if as a goodwill jester, we could have a business class ticket she said no upgrade the ironic thing was the business was less money €864, you must enjoy the poor business practice how to keep a loyal customer happy, no apology and still no tickets numbers the phone calls started at 12PM and lasted till after 2 pm. To find the right place on web site to send a complaint you need a degree

This week at 4am - a white male check in staff member forced my wife to check her hand luggage in and said if she didn’t the plane would be delayed (this was 2 hours before 6am departure at the bag drop off). This was after chastising her for standing too close to his precious desk too soon. He promised her bags would be ‘fine’ despite her transfer via CDG Paris to Buenos Aires. My wife arrived in Argentina after 17 hours of flying and is told her luggage never arrived and is still in France. At time of writing 8/12/22 - she’s still stranded alone for last 48 hours in Buenos Aires without even a toothbrush. Thank you so much. Expect a formal complaint and legal proceedings.

3h 30 minutes on phone to use a credit voucher to book a flight. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. After 2hours the first call centre worker hung up. they will then not honour the fares on website over the phone which they keep calling promotional. they will not provide free seat travelling woth a 6 year old. AVOID.
