Very bad service, waiting more than 2 months for refund my money and every time they told me we will send email and nothing happen, just waiting

I came today with a 20% discount code. The salesman asked me to check the code to see if It will be valid as they already has a discount offer. He read the conditions and terms twice and he didn’t find anything about having any issue with other offers. Still, he asked me to search for item and then he can try scanning it. He scanned it and it showed extra discount. I was choosing more items to purchase and after spending more than 30 minutes, he came back again asking me to wait to confirm from his manager.
I am really disappointed about this unprofessional behavior I faced today in Adidas. If he is really trained well he won’t act in this way. They lost a customer today and forever. Besides, for sure I won’t ever recommend this brand anymore.

I was pleased to get the help of Mr Rey in Abu Dhani Mall branch.
He is so welcoming and friendly and spent longtime helping me to get the order i wanted with a big smile.

They usually have a discount offers on shoes and apparels. A must go to if you want to buy new shoes or for buying gifts.
