2 days before, I buy 2 dress , one of my dress has wrong price label .the price label was only 25 but when I go for payment they charge me 85 dirham . I’m upset I want to say same time to the cashier ( Arabic lady) but there was some more customer so I remain quiet. But I really feel bad

Very bad service, especially man in the cashier section. He just push my item when ready inside paper bag, like what? Im pay not for free! VERY RUDE

This outlet is one of our favourites when it comes to H&M. It is conviniently located in Abu Dhabi Mall where we often go for shopping and food. We always find something that likeable in this outlet of H&M. There was a sale going on this time we went to the store. We bought two dresses and a sweater. And were very happy with our purchase. The staff here are also sweet and polite and are always ready to assist you in any way they can.
We went to exchange the sweater we bought last time. The entire process was fast, easy and pleasant. The staff again werevery seet and polite to us.

Poor quality products and an unwillingness to manage customer’s satisfaction. I bought a crossbody bag at the store in The Galleria on 18 Oct 2021 and the strap broke within 48 hours. I asked for a replacement and the store manager, Ashish, refused my request with the quote “you have already used it. We only replace unused items.” I really like the bag and it is convenient but with this quality, I will definitely not buy any bag from H&M again.

Superb collection of all types dresses for men, women and kids.... Lot of branches all over UAE especially in most of the leading shopping malls.... They provide sale two or three times a year which will be the best time to purchase their materials....

The quality has gone down significantly, while prices didn’t, it’s such a shame that such a brand was left to deteriorate among its customers.

It was a very good experience staff was amazing, the quality of the items are great , the store is very well organized I get easily what I need , thank you very much , definitely I will visit again.
