Had a great experience there. The staff is cooperative and friendly. I spent more than 2 hours deciding about my first ever purchase from adidas ever and they helped me.
Currently there's a 25-70% sale going on.
Will definitely go again.

When sale great offers and great collections
Even kids clothes collection is good
When buy 1 get 1 offer it’s extremely busy and crowded
Good staff
Shoe collection is great
Ample parking available when I went as it was a weekday

Bought a shoe online for 179 dirhams. Went to this store to return it because it was not my size. Did an exchange for a pair of pants and it was priced at 175. The adidas staff stated that you have an extra 4 Dirhams that you have to spend , otherwise we can’t process this purchase. The lady staff was not interested in helping me and kept recommending to buy socks , come on .. I even told them to keep the 4 bucks as a job well done. Well adidas , this customer ain’t buying any of your products. By far the worst customer service for a product you have to spend money to be treated like this.

I had a great experience at the cashier, the girl was smileing and very helpful her name duula and explain well about additional 20% discount in outlets we can get from Adidas app, I brought many cloths shoes, thank you to the all

It was the best experience ever especially when I got great customer service from the supervisor Samer, been waiting for almost 2 months now and store is closed for temporary, hopefully will be able to trade before RAMADAN.
