E gas has to be renewed every year with a ton of paper work to use it like 3 times
Half of the time either not working or expired or system down I'd rather pay more than using e gas

Rahal e gas card is useless. I only spend time in renewing it. Wish they improve it.

Rejected multiple times and generally messed around with, it's been months and I haven't recieved any mental health support. Get the feeling they just don't care.

I've just started treatment here and it's such a depressing place. For a community health centre and specialist mental health care centre it's dark and dreary. The rooms are small and tired with the walls painted various neon colours of yellow and green with tired uncomfortable furniture. There's a beautiful little court yard but it's locked most of the time. They are apparently about to get re furnished and refurbished but it can't come fast enough.

Accessibility is good though there is never enough parking and many use the disabled spaces as normal parking! Sainsbury's is about a 5 minute walk away so that's an option or there's a council car park nearby too.

Parking not the best (use nearby Sainsbury) but the staff are lovely.
