This is really amazing that ADNOC OASIS mini market is here in the location for the cyclist community. Thanks

Had the fun to watch the first event this year 2020 with all safety precautions in place.

This ADNOC Oasis has all the snacks and drinks you might need before, during, or after a training session at the Al Wathba Cycle Track! The store interior was well organized, well lit, neat, and clean. It's incredible to think that such a wide variety of choices are available at such reasonable prices in such a remote location.

Clean washrooms with shower facilities at this adnoc oasis. during the day they were clean but at night there were no cleaners in both the men and the ladies washrooms were dirty.

You csn find all basic assentials here for bbq and gas fuel too but unfortunately they donot keep any ice (which is a must in the middle if the desert especially in summers)

Huge amount of stuff for the kids to do every single section was disgusting…Looks like it’s literally never had a clean.

Also very overcrowded considering it’s advanced booking only. Impossible to let toddlers try or explore anything apart from the toddler area.

I’d rather pay twice the price and actually have a clean environment for kids to play in. Definitely won’t be returning which is a shame because its the biggest indoor play we’ve come across with huge potential.

Shocking dirty place thick dust on the food cabinets, dirty tins didn't clean empty tables food left on plates. Youngsters of 16 17 boys in the girls toilets then a rude employee asked us to move off the table no please and then we had other staff looking at us and talking about us. The only good thing was the man with the package

Biggest soft play I have seen. So many things to do. Lovely staff and food as well.
For the toddlers designated place with a gate to make sure noone runs away.

What a disappointing Visit to Jump today Cardiff. It was disgusting. The tables where full of dirty plates and food was all over the floor. There was no where to sit. We finally found a seat was asked by a very stressful and rude employee to move for a party and that the table was reserved. There was no reserve sign on the table. They staff them continued to stare at us and make us feel uncomfortable. I was glad to leave and will not be coming back.

Soft play area is big and they have a bouncy castle. Football court and nice area for babies and toddlers. Kitchen could be improved. They need to be more organised. Staff overall though we’re friendly and polite. Food was nice. Could do with displaying food hygiene certificate (I never seen when there)
Toilets were clean and accessible for all.
I would recommend and return just please improve kitchen. More options would also be lovely.

Really good fun for little ones, great price for parents/carers too. First time there & pleasantly surprised with all that was on offer, so much that we didn't get time to venture everywhere inside. The little ones I took were 3 & almost 2 years old, which is quite young for the things they wanted to play on. Although when I saw it advertised online I thought I could see what looked to be trampolines & that's what I thought it was going to be. Not one trampoline in sight however so perhaps completely my own error, honestly not sure but the kids enjoyed themselves regardless. There were however a couple of much older kids who were dominating the one bouncy castle, the one looked about 13 & was a giant in comparison to all the other kids on it & another smaller lad kept climbing up the wrong way & blocking the access to anyone on it, they did this repeatedly, but when I told them to stop it they started jumping on the end of it making all the kids lose their grip & footing making it impossible for any of the other kids to climb through it. When I told them to stop it again the one lad got chopsy with me & told me he didn't care. All of the smaller kids on it didn't go on it again & more than one kid climbed off hurt & crying at which point we decided to leave. It's honestly not fun having to babysit or control others kids because nobody seems to be watching them or checking on them. I think these places should hire staff to walk around & monitor behaviour so anyone acting out of line can be dealt with swiftly, similar to a lifeguard at a pool. Or perhaps they should limit the numbers allowed in at one time as the place was reasonably quiet then next minute it was chaos & I lost the little man's shoes & they weren't handed in so I had to leave without them. They have since rang me to say they've found them but hoping they can post them as it's a long journey for a pair of shoes.

Disabled toilets out of order. Was sent to baby changing cubicle which did not have a rail to assist out of a wheelchair. Needs to be fixed. Other than that great day out, nice food too ????

Could be so much better ????
Lots of potential!

Arrived with our just-walking little one to find out the baby area (which does look really good) was closed due to flooding.
This should be mentioned when booking on the website and through their social media channels as the larger play area is not suitable for small children.
I did message via Facebook and they've said i can return again for free which is nice but still a disappointment as i could have booked elsewhere and enjoyed the time we booked. Our morning has been wasted now.

For older kids the equipment is great but it is so so dark, the lights are mostly off, and the sky lights are dirty.
You really cannot see well inside the playground which makes it rather unsafe.

My final concern is with regards to cleaning. We arrived at 10am which i understand to be the first session of the day.

The high chairs obviously hadn't been wiped down as we're visibly dirty and sticky.

Coffee was nice so enjoyed that. But overall very disappointed with the experience.
