A wonderful place to camp with your family. Only Families are allowed to camp here , others can camp outside the area. Public toilets and bbq area located near the lake.

This review is for the Alwathba Lake "Campground" the area is very nice since its new , it was closed for the whole winter when the weather at the best for camping , the stalls are not enough and the should've kept bigger gabs / spaces between the stalls to give the visitors some privacy, we visited the area at the second week after opening and the playground equipment already falling apart due to the lak of quality., they allowed kids riding little 4 wheelers with gas engine through the park for us it was very annoyed by the sound and a big safety concern for our kids , we end up leaving the park after having our picnic and we went across the road for staying over night . I hope these things will improve next camping season.

Track was very nice with the exception of a couple bumps here and there. You have several options on the loop experience to take 8km, 16km, 20km,22km and 32km loops. There is some construction being done about the middle of the loop witch will enhance the experience, looks like several water ponds, toilets, maybe a food place and lots of area for taking a rest, I’m excited to see how all that comes out. At the starting point you will find a bike rental 35 dirham per hour, a restaurant, a small store for drink, snacks etc., and toilets. There is plenty of parking at the starting point and has lots of bright lighting, also the bike track has lighting.

If you really wanna enjoy cycling and you wanna spent quality time only to do cycling then this is the place to be. That too In the middle of desert. Track is open 24 hours. Only shop for hiring cycle and buying spare parts closes by 10pm. Washrooms are clean with shower area to get fresh from a long cycling workout. This place is 30 min far from Mussafah area and really far situated in a very deserted area... But if you are in love with cycling then distance really doesn't matter... Most important thing that I experienced is no emergency help in case your cycle gets into problem.. I faced it personally and had to walk back 7 km with cycle. So better to check n start your cycling.

The bicycle track itself is nice, few people use it so you have your on privacy and leisure. If we speak about the camping and picnic area at the lake, then it's been now fully developed with very good amenities and toilets. Used to be quite challenging for campers and picnic goers since there was no toilet at all. Rubbish bins are everywhere and no more excuse for those irresponsible people to throw or leave their rubbish everywhere.

Beautiful place with incredible atmosphere creat place for camping and RV camping or just one day picnic there is places for BBQ and shelter and clean public restrooms with 24 security guards in the area but you need to get everything things you need there one small mart sale some stuff with higher prices

Great smooth track. Good quality surface. Can do 8, 16 or 30k loops. We did the 30k on road bike. First 16k was fairly flat. Second half lots of ups and downs.

Current trading as THOMASONS, this lot are absolutely dreadful. Nothing more than con artists.

I hired them to do a full written structural survey on 2 specific concerns in my home. They agreed they could do a full written report on those 2 specifics for £240. They came round, did a full check over, gave me their findings verbally and promised to put it all in writing. They never did. They refused to confirm any of their verbal report in writing. In the end they sent me a two line report which was utterly wrong (it referenced a test I known they didn't do) and covered in so many disclaimers no insurance company would accept it.

I paid £240 for a written structural engineers survey and got absolutely nothing for it. Nasty, nasty, con artists,
