Like Adnocs - mostly friend staff and clean toilets. Enjoy the app too but for 6 months I didn't know about it as no one told me so lost a lot of points in that time

Writing this review behalf of their Supervisor Khalid and the staff in oil change center where I recieved regulator which is not recommended to use for domestic purpose. When I noticed it went to adnoc again for replacing it but the staff refused to it because they are telling 2 days already passed after purchase. I met supervisor Khalid to make a complain of this ( wrong suggestions from staff) he was not all ready to listen anything and started shouting at me . His attitude was like I am not a customer to him and he don't care about the complaints.. Extremely pathetic approach from so called supervisor.

1- ADNOC needs to do the needful in order to expand this station. It is a main station that’s always busy/crowded during daylight and sunset hours.

2- The car wash service is extremely poor, both exterior and interior-wise.

I wish there was option of negative rating, car wash service of this station is very poor. I myself had to identify and pin point the place where dust was still visible and staff were claiming that car is clean. Upon discussion with supervisor, he simply told in auto wash, service is like this, if u need detailed car wash go to manual wash center, dont come to adnoc.
Really unprofessional attitude of whole adnoc team. Never ever im visiting this car wash again in my life.

The car wash here is pathetic... 2 times I went here cuz it's near my house they charge money before wash and BY GOD there is no soap used these 2 times... 1 time 1 made a complaint to manager but he said I'm lying but then I asked them to check machine later he said yes we machine is not working properly so they wash my car with bucket water..... later I complained on helpline they gave a complaint number but I never got a call back....
