Very fast service, with good facilities. Whenever I visit the queues are not very long. Have a car wash, vacuum and air machine for tyres.

Bad service inside the Adnoc Oasis.
There is no respect for the customer who is waiting in the line.
There is only one cashier.

every day they send me sms as offer 10 AED for car wash after I came there they tell 35 AED that is laying and should be clear whith castomar
and it's not the top still inside not clean
it's last time

Today morning around 10 am I reached to the adnoc and I paid for refilling for gas, but the adnoc staff not ready to replace the gas cylinder as gas cylinder truck was unloading and loading the cylinders, the staff was asking me to wait for 30 minutes and HE WAS VERY RUDE , I TOLD HIM THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR GAS CYLINDER, I ASKED HIM TO TALK TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND HE WAS NOT ALLOWING ME TO TALK TO WITH SUPERVISOR And he did not give me the gas cylinder, finally I asked them to return the cash which I paid, even the CASHIER WAS VERY RUDELY BEHAVED, finally i took my money back as they didn’t give me gas cylinder

The car wash is very bad quality there i came at 1 am and the workers there have low Experience in car wash they don't clean the car well and the car still dirty .
