Today I order 2 fillet. It's too busy I ask the staff to deliver me at my car. One guy send me name prabesh 1:50pm Jan 20 2023
I asked him. I need ketchup and he said that he put ketchup inside ,so I ask again that I need more, and he said I need pay 1 aed. When I check the paper bag Infront of him there is NO ketchup I was totally disappointed and talk to him "he's lying"and he said to me that I should listen to him ,,,what???? Hahaha this guy act like a manager

It opens at 11, not 10, and it is always crowded, and dealing with customers is bad and the service is poor

This is not a drive-thru branch (description is misleading).
We stopped by late on a weekend and it was extremely busy with nowhere to park.
There is a car pickup service where you have to “honk to order” which is quiet chaotic.
Better find somewhere to park and walk in to make your order.
Food is consistent with every other McDonald’s branch.
