Petrol Station Manager was hiding in his office, Cashier lied customer that Manager is not thete. When got though Manager he didnt know mashine is not working. They stole equivalent to 30% of service charge as well.
When made complaint to ADNOC officially, second call non-Emirati covered up as successfully resolved issue.
Please be aware that irregularities in customer service and petrol station operations are happening at this particular unit.
