I've encountered a great experience overall. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Mr Afaq was my service advisor with great knowledge and customer service. He offered a few suggestions and assisted with whatever I needed work on. They offered a wide range of services including a car wash next door for our 4 wheeled beasts.
A great workshop with excellent workmanship.

I had the best experience at this place. Mr Mohamed Junaid is very focused on customer service. He did help me quickly understand the issue and suggested few options. He also helped me understand which one is best to choose.
The staff and cleanliness of the place is really impressive. Highly recommended for car repairs.

Wow!!! What a team, Shazib is great to deal with, we agreed a price, a time on Google Maps chat and boy do these guys deliver, four new Yokohama tyres at a very competitive price, nitrogen top up, wheel balance and alignment, all in less than an hour, and the place was super-busy!

Customer focus is the teams priority not just a quality Job. Shazib even gave me his office chair to sit in next to my vehicle so I could watch the action and a free ADNOC coffee to enjoy. I can not recommend these guys enough, Super Auto Fix have got it right, I am a very satisfied customer and I will always consider this team ahead of any others for quality, speed and efficiency and price. Thank you Shazib and your brilliant team for a great job, you really have got your business model and customer focus aligned for success.

Excellent service. They got the spare part and fixed it, all in little time. High quality service and reasonable prices all with a very friendly and professional approach. Would definitely recommend them.

I was unhappy about the wait to change my tires. The guy told me that within an hour the job would be done and that the tires were on the way.

One hour later, after my old tires were removed (and I couldn’t even leave), I am still waiting for the tires and keep getting told that they are on the way. It’s been one hour and 20 mins and the job hasn’t even started. Very poor communication and mislead on timing.
