I dunno why they started to charge for premium service otherwise self service. Not good at all. Why should we pay more just to fuel our car. Very very disappointing. ENOC and Emarat does not charge a single fill.

Car wash - workers are sloppy. Did not clean car properly, when I pointed out they missed a few spots and didn't clean the boot, started giving me attitude. Avoid.
