Worst place for travel agency, the staff doesn't know how to talk to customers and after making you wait for 30 mins for no reason, their response was the our GM is not coming today. They should better learn time management if not for them, at least for the customers. Most pathetic experience ever.

Worst behaving staff. They don't know how to talk to their customer, moreover the prices for the tickets are way too high than other travel agency, i would not recommend anyone to visit this place. There are better options with better prices at alot of other places. Bad experience all together

Happy with the service.

Be prepared to wait at Sharjah Airport for up to 6 hours incase you are going for an airport to airport visa extension from Air Arabia

Carry pillows and face mask since some people smell very bad

I usually don’t write any bad reviews . But this one I had to .

I called them to know about timings of bus from Shj-Auh . The Philippines lady staff , she kept saying the timings of bus from timings of bus from Auh-Shj. I repeated my question third time and she answered without listening to me .

Late to asked the estimate time of arrival at Auh and she was in pleasant with replies .
I said thank you and she hanged up without saying a word .
